Ardent Security and Investigative Services Inc is Hiring one full time permanent position for Security guards Supervisor for Mississauga,Ontario. The hourly wage rate is 24.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week. Following are the details:
Shift: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Overtime, Weekend

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Schedule work
- Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
