Job Description

Canadian Metal and Fibre Ltd O/A On the run is looking for a full-time, permanent Retail Store Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

•  Salary: $23.00/ hour
•  Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours/week
•  Start date: As soon as possible.

1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
