Responsibilities
Tasks
- Oversee painting and decorating projects from start to finish.
- Assign tasks and manage the work schedule for team members.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Train and mentor new employees and apprentices.
- Order and manage inventory of paint, tools, and materials.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and address issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on site.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Coordinate with other contractors and tradespeople on site.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
