Position: Plumbing helper - construction
Job Location: Chilliwack and Surrey, BC Canada
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
Experience: No experience required

Wage: $28.85 / Hr
Hours: 30-40 Hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full time permanent
Job Description:
- Load, unload and move and distribute construction material to work areas
- Mix, pour and spread construction material
- Assist in drilling using prying bars and other tools
- Proficient at identifying tools and materials needed for the project
- Clean the construction sites and remove rubble and other hazardous materials
- Assist skilled tradespersons by carrying materials, tools and help in other construction activities
- Prepare construction site by digging, filling holes and compacting the soil
- Maintain tools and other equipment
- Select tools, equipment, and materials from storage and transport items to work site
- Operate pneumatic hammers, tampers and other tools as directed
- Perform general duties, stacking tools and materials and parts assembly
- Follow safety procedures at worksite
- Follow directions and stay on task to ensure smooth workflow
Employment Requirements:
- No degree, diploma or certificate required.
- No experience required. Any previous related work experience would be an asset. On job training will be provided.
