Responsibilities
Tasks
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure the works are done in a timely manner.
- Maintain office procedures by organizing office operations, controlling correspondence and designing system.
- Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Resolve various staff issues related to their work and review the works of staff to the management.
- Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
