Job Description

0905084 BC Ltd O/A Subway is looking for a full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

Salary: $19.00/ hour

Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours/week

Experience

A minimum of 1-year of experience is required.

Job Duties

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
