Tasks
ï‚· Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
ï‚· Load buspans and trays
ï‚· Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
ï‚· Place dishes in storage area
ï‚· Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
ï‚· Scour pots and pans
ï‚· Package take-out food
ï‚· Portion and wrap foods
ï‚· Stock refrigerators and salad bars
ï‚· Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and others torage areas
ï‚· Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
