Job Description
- Professional writing such as cover letters, submissions and storylines of customer scenarios
- Focus on high accuracy and on-time submission when working on customer case files
- Collecting, organizing and reviewing documents received in support of applications
- Handling a high volume of files in a very fast-paced environment
- Follow up promptly with the clients for any pending replies or documents from their end
- Answering all client inquiries in a timely manner
- Able to fill various kinds of immigration forms
- Learn procedures and documentation requirements for various case types
Skills Requirement
- Experience an asset
- Ability to handle customers in difficult and stressed-out situations with positivity and empathy
- Must possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English (Hindi, Punjabi or Urdu an asset)
- Excellent telephonic communication skills with patience, courtesy, compassion and professionalism
- Professional working knowledge of office applications such as word & excel etc.
- Possess good typing speed
- Must be detail oriented, results-driven and be effective working independently
