Title: Food Service Supervisors
Work Location: 239 Bernard Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 6N2
Wage & Benefits: C$18/hr based on 30 - 36 hrs/wk, with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience in related fields or completion of college program in food service administration, hospitality management or related discipline
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent

Job Description:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Ensure that ice cream served, and service provided meet our company standards
– Ensure that the presentation of menus meet quality standard
– Ensuring compliance to health, safety standards, and safety Plan
– Monitor inventories and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Provide regular training for all staff in job duties, ice cream preparation,
sanitation, and safety procedures
– Resolve work-related problems
