Job Description

Shingo Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced construction site supervisor.

Wages: $33-35 Hourly (to be negotiated)

Job Type: Full-time, permanent (30-40 hours per week)

Job Location: 10651 Blue Heron Road, North Saanich, V8L 5S6

Language: English is required

Start date of employment: ASAP

Job Description:

•Co-ordinate and schedule construction activities

•Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

•Establish methods to meet work schedules

•Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity

•Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

•Supervise apprentices, labors and helpers

•Prepare work progress reports

•Estimate costs and materials

•Read blueprints and drawings

Qualifications:
•Secondary school graduation.

•1-2 years of experience in the construction field.
